The Rolling Grass – A Poem

The Rolling Grass
By Debotrisha Datta ’28

The rolling grass
The months will pass
The trees will once again
Begin to age
We’ll turn a page
To cool autumn breeze
Pinecone trees
Thank yous and please
The pumpkins will last
Far after our fast
With an array of a feast
A willing plate
And a wash of color
Before a clean white slate
