What is National Art Honor Society?
National Art Honor Society, or NAHS for short, is an organization at BHS that bridges the gap between creating art and serving the community. Elected officers help create meeting agendas, run meetings, and plan events. NAHS organizes a variety of service projects throughout the year including popular events such as Empty Bowls, Paint Night, and Caricature Day.
“NAHS strives to aid members in attaining the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service, and to bring art education to the attention of the school and community.”
This year, the induction ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 5th at 6:30 pm in the BHS theater, and it is open to friends and family to go and watch. Here is a list of the new members who are being inducted:
